My BF Rocks!
I meant to say so yesterday, that my BF is the best and since this is thanksgiving week I am very thankful. He cleans without being asked to, when you are as un-housecleaningly-minded as I this is a very good thing. And yesterday he cleaned the bathroom super sparklingly. The monkeys are very happy too:

Course he is altogether the best, if I were a cat I would purr with joy and look like this all the time:

Milwaukee Art Museum (no kidding!)
Picture in your mind Milwaukee Wisconsin, a place I associate with baseball, beer, bratwursts and Laverne & Shirley. Would you believe that this picture of marvelously gorgeous architecture is the Milwaukee Art Museum??? I had the privilege of being able to visit the museum a few years back and its been much on my mind lately. I wish I could take a return trip.
This is the Bridge Gardens, the museum is nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan and is the first completed project in the United States by architect Santiago Calatrava. The project was completed in 2001 and added an additional 27,000 square feet to the existing museum.
Museum shop; all these photos are courtesy the Museum's website. I wish I could live in the museum!

Making Change
As you can probably tell, once I went debt-free in April, I kind of lost interest in personal finance blogging. Oh I'm still being extremely good about sticking to a budget, making financial goals, and staying debt-free but my interests have moved in an entirely different direction. So henceforth my little ol' blog is going to be about whatever is tickling my fancy which right now is an obsession with the color orange:
| You Are Orange |
![]() Bright and intense, you embrace the world and all its opportunities. Change does not intimidate you, even if it's a complete life overhaul. You're a very real person. You aren't scared to show the world who you are. |
Tons of Parking Here
I did not know that the city of Seattle has a total of 404 parks listed on its website. Great googly moogly!!! BF and I had decided to inject a little something into our routine and designate Mondays "Park Day" I'm not sure if we can visit all 404, but we'll give it a shot. These shots are from our first park, GasWorks Park. BF has made a park blog, see more pics here.
Ballard Corners Park which we went to today is still in progress. Eventually it looks like it will be a cute little corner park at 17th Ave NW & NW 62nd St.
